Bill Seroyer's BioI have many years experience in sales development, management and customer service. The theme that I have always followed is that “People do business with People.” My main thrust of sales and account management is strong relationship building between the company and the client. That is where the People who represent you make the difference.
I have many years experience in real estate, in both construction and sales. I am a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Oregon in addition to being a licensed Realtor. Locating and identifying project opportunities, negotiating purchases and terms, finding funding sources, and responsibility of design and construction are part of my daily routine.
I have also worked with local governments and non-profits in the Affordable Housing arena:
* Worked with local city administration helping the City plan for an Affordable Housing initiative. Successfully
identified and qualified the City for grant opportunities under the American Recovery and Revitalization Act.
Additionally set up the systems and procedures to participate in the yearly opportunities available on a
competitive basis through multiple government programs. I represented the local government in Washington DC,
at the State level and at the local level. Worked to identify grant-funding opportunities directed toward urban
* Worked on the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant, the Community Development Block Grant Stimulus
Package, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2.
* Worked with HUD and researched and identified opportunities with ARRA Stimulus Programs, Section 8 housing and
Housing Choice Voucher Program, CDBG, Section 202 Program for Elderly, Section 811 Program for Disabled and
* Participated in planning Charrette conducted by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company on New Urbanization Lifelong
Communities for the Atlanta Regional Commission.
In my career I have worked for a national data processing company where I held various positions from district sales representative to National Sales Manager. I have been Vice President of Sales for two manufacturers and have personally developed sales networks and strategies.
I have also been a Manufacturer’s Representative developing and increasing business in several states on the West Coast. I personally developed new business networks and dealers in Canada, Hawaii, Taiwan and Japan. A demonstrated successful sales record of large ticket items to accounts such as Hilton, Trump, Westin, Hyatt, Mirage, Bally’s, Station Casino’s and others.
I am a very experienced sales professional and I am confident that I can successfully use my skills within commercial real estate to assist you with all your needs.
